In less then 12 hours time me n Mr loo are going to select the home for our future..
From the unwelling start to a look forward future,
I dont talk abt it does not mean that i dont care, maybe just fear to proceed ( well just like kid to rebellious teenage..)

We have been doing much reseach and most importantly calculation to ensure that we can afford it
going TPY hub to see the model ensure the sunrise sunset does not affect us,
position of the flat to ensure privacy and airy of the house.

Minor advice to my friends or young couple:
1) If u think u found the RIGHT partner start saving
2) Do NOT LOOK DOWN ON CPF, its really important
3) Don't rush into BTO BUT also dont wait for too long, flat now needs ard 2-4 yrs to build so it's good to plan early BUT also look for a good location
4) Have plannings on what u going to buy for ur home unless u are f*cking rich
5) Prepare that u might have to ballot for a few times to get ( ok im heng la ah cost im a first timer, so have the bo chap attitude and god might give u hahaha)


well typing this i feel damn it im going into another stage of life...
